1. Who to Contact

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid notice, include all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — include the exact URL(s) on PromptSeeGirls.com
  4. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A good-faith statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  6. An accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: “The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
  7. Your signature (typed name is acceptable if sent electronically)

3. What Happens After a Valid Notice

When we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
  2. Remove or disable access to the identified material, where appropriate
  3. Notify the affected contributor or user, if applicable
  4. Provide a copy of the notice to the affected party so they may submit a counter-notice
  5. Document the action for repeat-infringement tracking

We aim to respond to valid notices promptly. Incomplete notices may be returned for correction.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. Consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which PromptSeeGirls may be found), and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

5. Misrepresentation Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

Do not submit false or misleading notices.

6. Repeat Infringers

PromptSeeGirls may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate access for users or contributors who are repeat infringers.

All original prompts, written content, page structure, and branding on PromptSeeGirls.com are the property of Muhammad Manzar Alam unless otherwise stated.

8. Third-Party Content and AI Outputs

PromptSeeGirls does not control images generated by third-party AI platforms. If you believe AI-generated content hosted elsewhere infringes your rights, contact the relevant platform directly.

We do not host user-uploaded image galleries on this website.
